Northville Township Northville Township was established in 1898 and became a Charter Township in 1985.  Encompassing 16.63 square miles, Northville Township lies entirely in Wayne County and surrounds the Wayne County portion of the City of Northville to the west, south, and east.  Northville Township’s population exceeds 21,000.  Northville Township’s growth was planned specifically to preserve open space, wooded lots and protect waterways.  Northville Township provides a variety of classic and unique housing choices as well as distinctive areas for business opportunities.
Novi Incorporated as a city in 1969, Novi lies entirely in Oakland County. The City of Novi surrounds the Oakland County portion of the City of Northville to the west, north, and east.  The City of Novi encompasses an area of approximately 31.6 square miles and its population exceeds 47,000.  The City of Novi boasts some of the finest meeting and convention facilities in southeastern Michigan and is home to 4 major shopping areas.  Novi’s neighborhoods are safe and welcoming places to live.

County Garden Club of Northville

Founded in 1977, our club of 40 active members is committed to community improvement through service, conservation, education, and donation.  Meetings are held at the Cady Inn at historic Mill Race Village the first Tuesday of each month September through June.

The Gardeners of Northville & Novi The Gardeners of Northville & Novi are an evening garden club who meet the second Monday of the month September through June.  The NO-NO's are a fun group who meet to learn, share and enjoy the fellowship of other gardeners. Novice and Master Gardeners work together to explore the art of gardening. Our efforts in beautification and community involvement are limited to Northville & Novi; however, we have members from surrounding communities. Our membership is open to all men and women interested in club objectives.

Northville Community Foundation Founded in 1997, the Northville Community Foundation is a tax-exempt charitable organization, authorized to receive and administer endowment and other funds from individuals, businesses, professional and corporate sponsors.  Events sponsored by the Northville Community Foundation include the Foundation Prayer Breakfast, 4th of July Parade, and the Holiday Home Tour.  They have also created the “Maybury Farm” endowment to raise funds to rebuild the Maybury Living Farm.

35th District Court The 35th District Court in Plymouth, Michigan serves the townships of Canton, Northville, and Plymouth, and the cities of Northville and Plymouth.
